Teens who do nothing other than attending school are prone to mental illnesses like depression and anxiety. When you aren’t exposed to other people, you become isolated. Adding a sport or joining a club can eliminate this isolation. Serotonin is a hormone that helps to control how happy, hungry, and calm you are. Whenever you do things that make your brain think or your heart pump, your serotonin levels boost. When you add a lot of extracurricular activities to your schedule and manage your time correctly, this can help with your stress levels because you are in control of your schedule. Even though extracurricular activities keep you busy, you should take a break every once in a while to center yourself.

Slowly, you can work yourself up to a high position in the club then one day start your own club and coordinate it all.
