Ultimate Productivity Pack!

Ever find yourself feeling stuck and not knowing how to get everything together again? Well, I’m here to help! These tools are perfect for getting back on track and staying productive through your school year or in your general life!

PRODUCTIVITY TIPS

  1. Staying organized: this can be a challenge, but simply being organized and knowing where everything is or knowing your deadlines can help to effectively manage your time and energy.

  2. Put away your phone: It’s easy to get distracted and spend “just one minute” scrolling, but that can end up turning into hours and cause you to get distracted. To avoid that, simply put your phone in another room or give it to a family member or friend while you’re studying.

  3. To-do Lists: Creating to-do lists can be extremely useful when done well. In order to make the most out of them, make sure to prioritize the important tasks first on the list and then scale down to the less critical ones.

  4. Take Regular Breaks: It’s important to take some breaks from time to time in order to recharge your energy. You can use a Pomodoro technique where you work for 25 minutes and take a 5 minute break in between or you can find your own system for taking breaks. However, make sure the breaks aren’t much longer than 15 minutes in order to stay focused and keep the momentum going.

  5. Time Blocking: Using this method of sectioning out your tasks for different time periods can not only help keep your schedule organized but can also be beneficial in staying focused on one task at a time.
