Those Who Wait, discusses Daley's path of growth from feeling out of place and discouraged to finding his true self and pushing forward to become who he is today - all with the help of a little patience. This reflects my life because I am a firm believer in practicing patience and understanding that what is meant for me will happen at the right time. Naturally, I question life occurrences from set-backs to breakthroughs, but I believe that "those who wait" will receive all the good things that life has in store!

Blurb: I picked evermore by Taylor Swift because it's wintry and reminds me of being in a cabin in the mountains during a snowstorm, which also reminds me of my time living in Asheville. The song is about healing, growth, and anxiety which are all important subjects in my life, and I find the most comfort in the mountains during the wintertime.

Blurb: For me this song is a pretty poignant representation of the many messy, mostly misremembered nights with my friends and loved ones. It reminds me of all the nights spent trying to forget about whatever had me wound up. It’s my soul's song for the period of youth that was spent getting my heart broken, trying to just find some enjoyment in the night before dealing with the realities of the next morning.

Song: You Wouldn't Like Me, Tegan and Sara
Blurb: I first heard this song on the show Grey's Anatomy and it is when I first discovered Tegan and Sara. We all know ourselves better than anyone else and the idea of the line "I feel like I wouldn't like me if I met me" hits home every time I hear it. The song is all about whether or not you should give into all the self doubt and the inevitability that you will at times. But even if it seems like the "sunshine is days away" it will come back and it isn't gone for good. I definitely recommend checking out the whole So Jealous album too if you are going through a breakup or any sort of loss. It covers the whole range of emotions that happen with heartbreak.
