Nostalgia: A Throwback to the Best Pop Songs of the 2010s

Many of us teenagers grew up listening to songs from the 2010s. Dua Lipa, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, and so many more artists. Today, I'm going to give you the top 5 best pop songs of the decade, so you can be thrown back to the 2010s.

1.Shape of You by Ed Sheeran

At number one, we have Shape of You by Ed Sheeran, from his album ÷ (Deluxe). This song, released in 2017, is a pop song with a catchy beat and lyrics, making everyone who listens sing along.

2. New Rules by Dua Lipa

Next is New Rules by Dua Lipa, also released in 2017, from her album Dua Lipa (Deluxe). This song also has a pop feel to it, but it is much more upbeat, making everyone want to dance with the music.

3. Just the Way You Are by Bruno Mars

Number 3 on the list is Just the Way You Are, a much slower song, by Bruno Mars, from his album, Doo-Wops & Hooligans. This song, released in 2010, creates a strong and passionate effect through the lyrics and music, giving listeners chills.

4. Forget You by CeeLo Green

Next is the funk/pop song Forget You from CeeLo Green's album: The Lady Killer. This song was released in 2010 as well but is much more rap/funk based than compared to the first three songs on the list.

5. Without You by David Guetta feat. Usher

Finally, we have Without You by David Guetta and Usher from David Guetta's album, Nothing But the Beat 2.0. This song is an amazing collaboration between the two artists which engages listeners, especially through the vocals.
