Our Story

The Bookworm Blog is the official teen blog of Union County Library, created by teens, for teens. It was established and published in 2020. What started as a way to share book reviews and crafts has grown into a creative space where teen voices take center stage. Our writers and content creators share their unique perspectives through book suggestions, fandoms, creative writing, library events, maker projects, gaming, pop culture, and so much more. Every post is created by volunteers who are members of the Teen Advisory Group (TAG), giving local teens the opportunity to build real-world writing, communication, and digital media skills while making an impact in their community.
